Rental Agreement
By renting from Saint's Moment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the scheduled pickup time. 24-hour rentals must be returned the following day. Weekend rentals run from Friday delivery to Monday pickup.
2. Security Deposit
A security authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. This hold is not a charge and will be released within 5-7 business days after the bag is returned in acceptable condition. If damage or loss occurs, the hold may be partially or fully captured.
3. Care & Responsibility
You agree to treat the rented item with reasonable care. The bag must be returned in the same condition it was received, inside the provided dust bag. You are responsible for any damage, staining, or loss that occurs during the rental period.
4. Replacement Cost
If the bag is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair during your rental period, you will be charged the full retail replacement value as listed on the product page.
5. Identity Verification
All renters must complete identity verification before their first rental. This includes a government-issued photo ID and selfie verification. The name on your ID must match the name on your payment method.
6. Delivery & Returns
All deliveries require an in-person signature. No unattended deliveries. Returns are collected during the scheduled pickup window. Late returns incur additional daily charges.
7. Fraud & Chargeback
Any attempt to commit fraud, including but not limited to identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or returning counterfeit items, will result in the full replacement value being charged and may be reported to law enforcement.
