Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Below are our cancellation terms.

Same-Day Orders

Because same-day delivery requires labor, routing, and blocked inventory:

  • More than 4 hours before delivery window:Full refund or full credit.
  • Within 4 hours of scheduled window:50% fee (remaining 50% as store credit).
  • Within 1 hour of delivery:Full charge.

Weekend Rentals (Fri – Mon)

  • Cancel before Thursday 6:00 PM:Full refund.
  • Cancel after Thursday 6:00 PM:50% fee.
  • Cancel day-of (Friday):100% charged.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available during the delivery window, we will attempt contact once and wait 5 minutes.

  • Reattempt (same window): $15 fee
  • Reschedule (next window): $25 fee
  • Cancel after missing window: 100% of rental charged

Late Returns

Missed return pickup incurs a $15 reattempt fee. Late returns are charged 1x the daily rate per additional day. After 72 hours, the full replacement value is charged (minus any rental fees already paid).
