Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Identity Verification
ID verification is processed through Stripe Identity. Your ID documents are handled according to Stripe's data protection policies and are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for verification status.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Rental records are kept for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
